Key Responsibilities:
- Underwriting of medical applications within set authority levels
- Accurate capture and maintenance of client data
- Accurate capture of policy terms and conditions
- Processing of endorsements within set time frames
- Timely issuance and dispatch of debit and credit notes
- Preparation and issuance of medical cards within set time frames
- Timely circulation of member lists
- Prompt response to client and intermediary inquiries and correspondences
- Preparation of various reports.
Knowledge, Qualifications and
Experience:
- Bachelor of Commerce with Insurance option; or a Business related Degree
- Pursuing professional training in Insurance
- Experience in medical insurance will be an added advantage
- Relevant Computer skills – MS Word, MS Excel
