Job Title: Terminal Manager

Reporting To: General Manager

Job Purpose: To assist the General Manager in achieving the budgeted targets in terms turnaround,
costs and profitability.
Key Tasks

• Ensure that CFS Operations are carried out efficiently, effectively and to the required Health, Safety Security Environment standards.
• To ensure that the units/containers are moved from KPA within the stipulated time to avoid demurrage
• Ensure all CFS facilities and Machinery are well maintained and fit for the purpose and as per required HSSE standards.
• Manage the performance of the staff under him/her by way of planning, organizing and reviewing by way of coaching and on job training for optimal output
• Manage and ensure good working relationship with external stake holders i.e. KPA, KRA, KBS and other interested party.
• Ensure customers’ requirements – both local and transit are timely executed.

Academic Qualification

• Diploma in Shipping
• Work Experience
• 5 years in similar position
