Job Title: Operations Team Leader
Reporting To: General Manager

Job Purpose: To assist the Terminal Manager in achieving the budgeted targets in terms turnaround, costs and profitability.
Key Tasks

• Coordination of interdepartmental operations for smooth running of the business/Operations
• To ensure that the units/containers are moved from KPA within the stipulated time to avoid demurrage
• Ensure optimal utilization of the storage space
• Ensure clients/customers queries are sorted within the shortest time possible and/or refer to Terminal Manager in case of otherwise
• Plan, organize and review work of staff reporting to this function

Academic Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or any other related field
• Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics or any other related field
• Work Experience
• 5 years in a similar position
