Desired Skills and Experience
Ideally, applicants for the position should meet the following key requirements and competencies:

  • At least 2-3 years’ store management experience/supervisory experience within a retail environment – preferably fashion retailer
  • The ability to drive sales and turnover and ensure minimal stock losses for the store
  • Good retail business acumen and trader mentality
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Computer literacy and excellent admin skills
  • Performance management and IR skills
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles and fashion
  • Good interviewing, recruitment and training skills
  • Good people skills and customer relations
  • Security conscious and self-motivated
