To aggressively sell and market personal banking products to existing and potential customers, primarily through the Private Banking Center, whilst also providing prompt personalized and efficient customer service to the Bank’s Private Banking customers so as to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? University degree, minimum 2nd class honors upper division or GPA 3.0
? Two years' experience in banking.
? Professional qualification is sales and/or marketing would be added advantage.
? COP is highly desirable. Must be achieved within 6 months of placement if not already a qualification.

JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT
To aggressively sell and market personal banking products to existing and potential customers, primarily through the Private Banking Center, whilst also providing prompt personalized and efficient customer service to the Bank's Private Banking customers so as to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PERCENTAGE TIME SPENT
? Maximization of uptake of products by existing and new customers through lead generation, cold calling and database mining.
? Customer profiling for recommendation for upgrades to Private Banking level.
? Manage and control the operations of the Private Banking Centre to maintain the Centre as both an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable lounge.
? Provision of excellent customer care services.
? Competency development to effectively perform sales and customer service tasks.
? Adherence to and application of established policies, processes and tools to achieve optimal efficiency, compliance and cost containment.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
? Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and manage customer expectations (internal and external), and other stakeholders who impact performance.
? Selling, relationship and customer service skills to effectively perform Private Banking activities/tasks in a manner that consistently produce high quality of service.
? Knowledge and effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures and guidelines to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks.
? Knowledge of relevant products and services.
? Self-empowerment to enable development of open communication, teamwork and trust that are needed to support performance and customer-service oriented culture.
