To provide professional and high quality service to all Bank visitors and customers at the reception. This includes addressing basic enquiries while escalating all others to the call center, and

Minimum Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? ‘O' Level grade C+.
? One year experience in a similar role in medium size organization.
? Practical experience in use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

POSITION: RECEPTIONIST/SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR
DEPARTMENT: COMMERCIAL SERVICES
REPORTS TO: PROPERTY AND FACILITIES MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT
To provide professional and high quality service to all Bank visitors and customers at the reception. This includes addressing basic enquiries while escalating all others to the call center, and management of the meeting rooms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PERCENTAGE TIME SPENT
? Quality of Reception/Switchboard services (60%).
? Consistency in adherence to and application of established policies, processes and tools to achieve optimal efficiency, compliance and cost containment (20%).
? Adequacy of personal competence to effectively perform Receptionist /Switchboard tasks (20%).

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
? Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and manage customer expectations (internal and external), and other stakeholders who impact performance.
? Technical skills to effectively perform receptionist/switchboard activities/tasks in a manner that consistently produce high quality of service.
? Knowledge and effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures and guidelines to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks.
? Self-empowerment to enable development of open communication, teamwork and trust that are needed to support performance and customer-service oriented culture.
