Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment and staff onboarding activities
- Advise management accordingly on HR matters
- Oversee HR planning, HR cost management and control
- Oversee and advise on staff welfare programs and schemes
- Payroll management and statutory returns
- Oversee training and development activities
- Manage performance management plans, reviews and improvement.
- Employee relations management
- Manage disciplinary issues
- Prepare and submit timely HR reports to management
Requirements & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (HR) or related
- At least 3 years continuous HR experience in a busy organization and managing many employees
- HR generalist skills preferred
- Membership with a professional body
- Good understanding of Kenya Labour Laws and Acts affecting Human Resource management
- Possess excellent computer, Ms. office and HRMIS skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-driven with people skills
- Mature and organized with excellent planning skills
