• Identifying new sales leads
• Pitching products and/or services
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Develop strategies for penetrating the market segments in the operating area
• Manage budget for sales efforts
• Writing reports
• Providing management with feedback

Qualifications For Business Development Manager Jobs In Kenya

• Bachelor’s Degree in sales/ Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years experience in business development with a Sacco/ Microfinance
• Self-starter, assertive and interpersonally effective.
• Excellent communication skills
