Should have programming knowledge, system maintenance and general networking skills.

Remuneration: Kshs 15,000-20,000

Retention Account Manager

Duties
Maintain Relationships with existing client base to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle customer complaint and ensure timely delivery of service.
Liaise with other departments in designing and executing customer solutions.
Requirements

• At least a diploma in business management of a relevant field.
• At least two years of relevant experience and a proven track record of relationship management.

Remuneration: Kshs 20,000-30,000
