- Provide total product and category financials to the business.
- Complete customer PnL reviews with the key account team
- Monitor and track actual category performance versus prior year and annual plans.
- Ensure Commercial team adheres to controls during their decision making.
- Perform financial analysis and evaluate impact of various sales initiatives such as Route to Market, promotional discounts and trade spend; compute volume discounts.
- Ensure accurate forecasts from the commercial team.
- Margin and scenario analysis for existing and new products, review of existing prices as necessary and generation of price lists.
- Manage routine tasks like WP, MMPR, Monthly IBP planning, Project reviews, Official planning scenarios, Activity grids
Desired Skills and Experience
The most suitable candidate must have the following skill set and expereince:
- A degree in Finance or Accounting is preferable
- Certified Public Accountant qualification ( CPA )K would be an advantage
- Integrity and Trust – defending what is right, making realistic promises, not sharing confidential information
- Language proficiency in English and Kiswahili
