Responsible for all Staff Training
Carrying out Competence Mapping and Analysis to identify staff training and development needs in the organization.
Formulation and implementation of Competence Based Training Programmes
Identify and Recruit training champions in all direct and indirect sales channels in liaison with their respective managers.
- Ensure transfer of skills to the training champions in various sales channels to enhance their dissemination of the same to their teams.
- Train Mass market managers/team leaders on management and coaching skills to enable them coach their teams effectively
- Liaising with training champions in conducting personalized coaching to all
- Under performing staff after evaluating their monthly performances.
- Develop and audit business processes to ensure that they are being followed by the sales force across the channels.
- Develop a skills gap analysis tool to be used to identify relevant and needy programmes for managers to identify training needs areas in their departments /divisions.
- Designing and implementation annual training plan Develop a monitoring and evaluation tool for training programmes.
- Designing training programmes based on the identified needs
- Coordinating and facilitating the training programmes –
- Monitoring and Evaluating the training and the programmes if they meet the needs
- Develop coaching and mentoring programmes and talent management programmes
- Procure approved training programs in time to ease their implementation and in time
Skills & Qualifications for InHouse Trainer Kenyan Jobs
- 3-4 years Training experience
- Degree in a business related field
- Ability to work in a team
- Presentation skills
- Motivation for sales
