Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and lead an in-house sales team.
- Conceive and execute large-scale, performance-based sales strategy
- Establish and deliver sales targets, driving sales team
- Conceive and execute innovative sales drives and shape products to appeal to the market and perform ahead of the competition
- Regularly analyze competitor offerings and react to market competition and trends
- Lead generation in conjunction with the internal and external agents
- Manage all elements of sales, including transactions
- Provide effective and timely reporting on progress and make actionable recommendations
- Run the budget for the department
- Drive sales across residential, commercial and industrial developments
- Maintain database of prospects, properties and clients and appropriately match all of them
- Maintain ongoing interaction with marketing and research to build brand awareness
- Provide innovative approaches to building client relationships and value outside of market norms
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Sales or related field; MBA an added advantage
- 10+ years of experience in sales management; real estate background mandatory;
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
- Well-spoken, articulate and a careful negotiator
- Assertive and previous experience in managing sales transactions
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
- Adept reporting skills; ability to coach and delegate effectively
- Must be able to plan and execute work schedules
