Role Responsibility:
The Risk Officer Cash Centres will support the Cash Risk Operations Manager in the delivery of systematic operational risk frameworks to reduce the levels of risk and losses to the business. The main responsibilities shall include:-
- Ensuring continual compliance of T-Card Audit system; monitor and address areas of non-compliance
- Undertaking full process audit at assigned branches as and when tasked
- Periodic and ad-hoc checks to verify corrective action on operational procedures by Branch has been taken
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc audits of all ATM, customer, vehicle & branch keys; check tag activity; ensure compliance of procedures and documentation
- Assist Claims & Investigations Manager to interrogate and process claims; expedite claim resolution
- Take co-responsibility for investigations upon formal request by Branch or assignment from Cash Risk Operations Manager
- Thoroughly investigate incidents of attack and internal loss; assess issues of risk and make recommendations; complete and submit full reports
- Complete and record all key areas of work on a weekly basis; self-monitor performance targets and address areas of potential shortfall
- minimum of a diploma qualification in a security related field
- Investigative skills and experience gained from preferably from the disciplined forces
- High level of integrity
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge MS Office
