Role Responsibility:

• Investigate Internal incidences and advice on mitigation of identified lapses
• Investigate disciplinary cases and advise on disciplinary action
• Investigate customer claims and advice on liability levels
• Coordinating route surveillance to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Investigate customer claims and advice on levels of liability
• Conducting security defects audits and assurance reviews.
• Collecting, collating and analyzing threat intelligence.
• Enforcement of all cash services regulations and procedures across the business
• Investigating cases of fraud, general crime and any other cases to a logical conclusion while adhering to company policy and rule of law
• Compiling clear investigation reports
• Liaising with the police and any other law enforcement agencies in resolving crimes.
• Enforcing compliance with security, safety, operational procedures and instructions through frequent inspections.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of a diploma qualification in a security related field
• Investigative skills and experience gained from preferably from the disciplined forces
• High level of integrity
• Good communication skills
• Working knowledge MS Office
• Sound skills in physical security and asset protection techniques, crime prevention, safety, investigations and general security management
• Sound knowledge of the Kenyan Law and legal procedures
• Ability to interact and network with law enforcement, Government officers and corporate security officers and managers
