Overall Job Purpose:

The job holder will participate in data cleaning exercise and ensure accurate and timely transfer of
insurance and client’s data form one system to another operational

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and use the two operation systems – SERIUS AND AIMS
• Learn and understand underwriting process in the two systems
• Participate in data clean-up
• Accurately and timely transfer of data
• Testing of captured data
• Perform any other duties as may be requested by Management

Key Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

• Diploma holders - College of insurance Diploma graduates and COP preferred
• Computer literate
• Insurance knowledge and experience – added advantage
• Understanding of general Insurance
• Excellent communication skills
• the ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Computer and administration skills
