Our client, a Hospital in Nairobi is seeking to recruit Repairs and Maintenance Personnel to join their dedicated team ASAP.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all building structures, services, plant and machinery within the hospital are in a proper state to deliver safe and optimal output.
- Implementing effective planned preventative maintenance.
- Carrying out routine inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs
- Coordinating daily checklist updates to facilitate timely repairs and maintenance.
- Maintains, repairs, upgrades and install plumbing fixtures for all units and related equipment’s.
- Maintain work area tools and ensure shop is in clean and orderly condition.
- Ensuring that the materials being received in the department is of the expected quality.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing, Building and Civil Services Engineering.
- At least three 1 year relevant working experience.
- Knowledge in electrical, Carpentry and plumbing is a must.
- Good communication skills.
