At the moment we’re looking for a Training Assistant to join our friendly and professional team at InterContinental Nairobi.

Under the general guidance of the Learning and Development Manager, the Training Assistant

will be responsible for maintaining all departmental training records, coordinating with all departments for weekly and monthly training

sessions, conduct orientation sessions for all new colleagues and perform all tasks as directed by the Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals.

Qualifications:

Ideally, you’ll have:

A minimum two years experience in a similar role or department trainer in a five star hotel or comparable industry.

Ability to demonstrate ability to work with different teams.

Strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards.

Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
