Job description
•Designing, discussing and implementing tooling and process solution architectures based on customer needs
•Performing discussions and presentations with technical–‐oriented end users, project managers and business managers
•Performing presales demonstrations
•Coordinating proof of technologies and proof of concepts
•Supporting training and consulting in post–‐sales tool and processing deployment situations
•Supporting marketing events
•Articulating technical benefits of IBM’s Analytic Platform portfolio products, solutions and services to all levels in customer’s organization
•Identifying client’s business and technical requirements
•Supporting sales in developing technical strategy for the engagement with the client
•Developing and delivering effective Senior Management presentations, whiteboards and demonstrations
•Facilitating and delivering customer demonstrations on products and solutions; web–‐ex and through live sales calls
•Assisting with Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Information (RFI) and other technical questionnaires
•Attending trade shows, sales calls, seminars, and events, as the technical expert of Analytics Platform solutions, and prototyping activities
•Building and maintaining relationships with key decisions makers and influencers on the client side to be their trusted technical advisorRequired
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years experience in Technical Sales
At least 3 years experience in Unix, SQL and RDBMS
English: Fluent
Preferred
At least 3 years experience in Technical Sales
