Cytonn Real Estate, in partnership with a consortium of international real estate investors and High Net-worth investors, is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed, team player, to be part of a team that will deploy over Kshs. 50 billion worth of Real Estate Investment Deal pipeline.
The Real Estate Sales and Marketing Associate will be part of a team that will manage all phases of Real Estate Developments.

Details Role Summary: Reporting to the Real Estate Services Manager, the Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible for helping coming up with the right sales and marketing strategy for all the developments that the team will be undertaking.
He/she will handle all the administration and coordination work with the various sales teams both in and outside the firm.
The individual will be an integral in Strategic planning for future development.
This requires: -
- A thorough knowledge of the marketplace and of the company’s competitors;
- Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies and communications for meeting agreed company objectives;
- Actively seeking out new clients and projects, maintaining relationships with current clients, managing and producing proposal responses for new assignments;
- Collaborating with the Real Estate Team on communications with potential business partners and clients.
- Provide assistance to the members of the Retail Real Estate and Development Team and proactively seek ways to streamline daily marketing processes and procedures.
- Be part of concept development in relation to the market and sales trends and consumer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits in the real estate industry;
- Assist in conducting research using comparable properties sold in an area and investigate potential issues that affect sales and market update by ensuring an up to date database of all property comparables as provided by the real estate team;
- Actively seek out new clients, monitor sales and target achievements, evaluate potential offers, manage and develop responses to market demand.
- Take the lead in marketing Cytonn Real Estate properties and demonstrate knowledge of company values, approach and services.
- Work with the team to develop new client relationships and further, to maintain positive client communications in existing relationships.
- Develop an annual marketing plan to meet agreed company objectives. Deliver all marketing activity, materials and online presence within agreed budget through regular reporting.
- Consult & coordinate with agents and other providers on set deliverables, access requirements & marketing activities including property listings, assisting prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts;
- Coordinate the preparation and assembly of documents for presentations and meetings;
- Communicate between multiple departments and coordinate internal and external meetings;
- Track and report on various initiatives at direction of the real estate team;
- Other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring efficiency and effective functioning of the Real estate work unit;
- Participate generally as a member of the company’s real estate team, assisting in development of the company’s strategic agenda, annual operating plans and budgets, and company sales objectives.
- Over 3 years’ experience in Real Estate sales and marketing and property service management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Strong analytic skills, including ability to independently conduct real estate market research and budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to express ideas clearly, verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage productive relationships with development team members, public officials, funders and lenders, other staff, and the community.
- Ability to organize work, work independently, problem solve, and be persistent.
- Creativity, entrepreneurial, and a self-driven attitude towards work, with a sense of humor is desired.
- Ability to work in a team in a fast paced environment with extended hours.
