Job Title: HRM

Reporting to: GHRM
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Developing, implementing and updating a Performance Based Management System through developing SMART Key Performance Indicators and conducting performance appraisals for each individual employee with an objective of exploiting maximum potential from all staff and aligning personal, Company and Group goals.
  • Developing, implementing and reviewing an effective Human Resource Strategy for Human resource management and development in support of corporate objectives
  • Developing ,planning and carrying out policies of upgrading the professional skills and competence of the staff in the individual Group Companies by conducting Training Needs Analysis, discussing and agreeing the same with the individual Group Company’s Directors , creating training calendars and conducting the training as per laid down policies and guidelines to achieve the training return on investment
  • Draft, implement ,review and communicate Group Human Resource policies and procedures in adherence to best Human Resource Practice
  • Prepare ,communicate and update all Group Companies on all legal requirements in compliance with government legislations
  • Develop, implement and streamline all Group Companies reward and recognition Schemes that ensure improved performance and motivated workforce
  • Preparation of individual Group Company Human Resource Budgets while monitoring the same and preparing variance reports
  • Prepare regular update reports to the management on overall and individual Group Company human resource status as per agreed action plans
  • Develop, implement and review recruitment policies and procedures for manpower planning, recruitment , selection and induction of staff to ensure adequate and profitable staffing levels at all times in all Group Companies
  • Provide guidance and oversight to the individual Group Companies Human Resource Functions with an objective of making the human resource department to become a profit centre and not a cost centre
  • Developing and implementing a Succession Planning for business continuity
  • Ensuring a healthy and productive workforce by creating excellent employee and industrial relation with an objective of having cordial communication
  • Preparation and maintaining salaries and wages of over 200 employees.
  • Handling all labour laws and personnel matters.
  • Supervise and verify payment request to be made by cheque or cash and ensure that the respective payments adhere to the laid down guidelines and deadlines.
  • Preparation and review of variance analysis of the factory’s annual budget.
  • Supervise all book keeping aspects and ensure that monthly accounts are up to date and recommend necessary improvements.
  • Dealing with all correspondence and ensuring adequate control over the stocks/reordering of all stationary.
You Have (Minimum Qualifications):
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or other similar programs.
  • 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources.
  • Industrial and employee relations
  • Working knowledge of benefits and compensation programs.
