Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure Recruitment and Selection process is effectively carried out within the set timelines.
- Guide the organisation in Human Resource Planning.
- Payroll management
- Facilitating the Performance Management process including Appraisals
- Staff well fare management
- Ensuring the organisation is compliance with Labour regulations
- Medical and pension schemes management
- Leave management among others.
- Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Minimum two years hands on experience in a similar or related role
- Registered with the Human Resources Body in Kenya
- One who is ready to join Immediately
