- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
- Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records
- Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time
- Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs
- Maintains employee files
- Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Maintains and renews annual licenses and annual insurance policies
- Coordinates and facilitates fleet management
- Maintains the IT server on a day-to-day basis
- Maintenance of office

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource and/or Administration from a reputable University
