Job description
Duties:
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
  • Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records
  • Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time
  • Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs
  • Maintains employee files
  • Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Maintains and renews annual licenses and annual insurance policies
  • Coordinates and facilitates fleet management
  • Maintains the IT server on a day-to-day basis
  • Maintenance of office
Skills:
  • Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information
  • Administrative writing skills

  • Must be computer literate – familiar with ERP software

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource and/or Administration from a reputable University
  • Work experience in the HR and Administration field is an added advantage
