Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operations of the human resource registry.
- Dealing with customer satisfaction complaints.
- Coordination of ISO 9001:2008 activities in the department.
- Maintaining personnel records.
- Recruitment and selection of staff.
- Management of staff welfare issues.
- Leave and overtime administration.
- Coordination of staff performance appraisal.
- Provision of general administrative duties.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a social science from a recognized university majoring in Human Resource Management.
- Membership in a relevant professional body.
- Experience in Human Resource Management systems.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/ Records Management from a recognized institution.
- Three (3) years relevant experience in the human resource function.
