A security firm with Head Office at Nakuru and branches in major towns in Kenya i.e. Nairobi, Nakuru, Mombasa, Kisumu, Kakamega and Nyeri is seeking to fill the below vacancies:
Supervisors / Riders

Major Duties & Responsibilities:-
Disciplining guards and recommend for refresher trainings as deemed fit
Carry out inspection on guards and allocated assignments and update Operation Manager.
Advice management on emerging security developments at your area of operations.
Ensure guards report on time in full smart, neat and tidy uniforms.
Keep record of attendance and ensure they provide effective services.
Job Requirements
Form IV certificate or above
Hold a clean and valid class BCEFG driving/Riding License
Must speak English fluently
5 years and above experience in commercial security operations
Certificate of Good Conduct
Knowledge of other security trainings and operations will be an added advantage
Requires to have a good sense of direction and be able to make their way around
Be a person of High Integrity and Honesty
Requires excellent organizational ability to set priorities, organize work and multi-task
NYS or Ex-Police candidates will have an added advantage
Drivers

Overall Job Purpose: Be responsible for the safety of company vehicles, to ferry security personnel to and from various destinations and maintain the relevant documentation for all trips made.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to Security Alarms whenever required in a team of Back-up crews.
Record all movements, fuel, and maintenance report into the company vehicle in the Log book.
Carry out a pre start safety check on the company car allocated and confirm that the vehicle is roadworthy and fill in a vehicle prestart safety inspection checklist and report any defects to management.
Ensure that the company vehicle allocated is always clean and roadworthy.
Report any incident or accident that may occur immediately
Abide by the guidelines of the Standard Operating Procedures for Company Motor vehicles
Assist to ensure all company vehicle insurances are on cover whenever they fall due.
Make petty purchases for office supplies as requested from time to time.
Make deliveries on behalf of the company to various clients and business partners.
Maintain a maintenance service schedule for all company vehicles and ensure they are serviced within agreed mileage reading.
Job Requirements
A Minimum of KCSE certificate, post high school qualification will be an added advantage
Hold a clean and valid class BCE driving License
Certificate of good Conduct
Mechanical experience to detect any problems with the vehicle will be an added advantage
Security Back Up Crews

Major Duties & Responsibilities:-
Respond to all emergency cases that pertains security operations
Carryout regular patrols on foot, both inside and outside the premises, looking for suspicious or potentially dangerous behavior.
Patrol in a backup vehicle and report any irregularities to relevant bodies/personnel.
Job Requirements
Form IV certificate
3 years and above experience in relevant field
Certificate of Good Conduct
Height of 5.8′ and above
Security trainings, First Aid and Fire Marshal will be an added advantage
Dogs Handlers

Major Duties & Responsibilities:-
Dogs grooming
Feeding
Training
Carryout regular patrols on foot, both inside and outside the assigned location, looking for suspicious or potentially dangerous behavior while handling a dog.
Keep an OB of anything unusual particularly on health records.
Job Requirements
Form IV certificate
Certificate in dogs handling.
3 years experience in relevant field
Certificate of Good Conduct
Height of 5.8′ and above
Knowledge of other security trainings and operations will be an added advantage

Valid original certificate of Good Conduct with copy of original finger prints must be filed on application (validity 6 months).
Physically & medically fit
Must be a Kenyan citizen Age between 22 – 50yrs
Height of 5.8′ and above for men and 5.5′ and above for ladies
Must speak, read, and write English language
