Location: Nairobi
Nature of Job: full time
Summary: Our client a busy organization seeks to recruit two internal trainers on full time basis for staff Training and Development; one for Customer Service training and the other for training in Sales.
Duties
Responsible for the professional development of the staff
Designs and implements programs to improve performance and efficiency
Supports the training needs of the company to meets and/or exceeds overall key performance indicators including sales revenue, growth objectives, gross profit, etc.
Implements training tactics to support the company’s growth strategies
Demonstrates expertise in the area of training
Develops and conducts internal and external training sessions for new staffs
Assist with logistics for external and internal training
Evaluates the staff and conducting TNA’s
Develops relevant training materials for different departments
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related Business field
2-3 years Experience as a Trainer in the given field
Ability to coach
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills
Those who are Certified Trainers will have an added advantage
