Planning, scheduling and establishing workflows in order to meet the overall schedule of the project;
Managing resources effectively (including manpower) to ensure effective execution;
Ensuring department plans, schedules and issues are communicated with stakeholders;
Discussing special requirements and providing technical advice to client service;
Ensuring proper project costing;
Ensuring data and system back-ups are created and maintained;
Recommending system enhancements and process improvements;
Assisting staff on technical issues within the area of operation;
Ensuring standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed;
Recommending improvements in work processes within area of responsibility;
Setting objectives and monitoring performance for the team;
Ensuring recognition of effective work performance and utilizing effective disciplinary actions when appropriate; and
Addressing professional development goals and needs of direct reports.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing or other business related field;
At least 6 years’ experience in data collection, processing and analysis;
Knowledge of market research industry and statistics
At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
Excellent Project management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Added advantage; Quality Control Experience
