Job Description
Manage the Service Level Management (SLM) for all partners for all OPCOs at Africa operations
Validate SLA report and measure effectiveness against real time incidents as per tools report
Periodic review and audit SLA report drive CAPA
Arrange and participate PMT , JSG level for SLA violations , penalties , Audit
Reviews SLA targets and metrics where necessary
Reviews OLA targets and metrics where necessary
Identifies appropriate actions to maintain or improve service levels
Initiates and co-ordinates actions to maintain or improve service levels
Act as a co-ordination point for any temporary changes to service levels
Act as a single point of contact for the ICT departments in relation to Service Level Management
Acts as a key member of staff in SLA negotiation efforts
Carries out regular audit of IT Application Systems and provides necessary information to the IT Service catalogue manager keeping the IT Service Catalogues up to date.
Carries out management of the ICT CMDB to meet SL targets.
Manages and maintains the catalogue description of existing services offered by ICT
Participates fully with in the negotiation of, agreement and maintenance SLAs
Communication management and interaction with IT Directors , partners for SLM
Desired Skills and Experience
10 – 12 years of experience in IT / Telco Operations management
Basic understanding of Telco applications and 2-3 years in SLA experience will be preferred
