Duma Works is recruiting a Corporate Sales Representative for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
Sales Generation
Identify sales opportunities, setting up initial sales and meeting the clients
Generate sales and ensure sales targets are met.
Develop and implement special sales activities to increase sales.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Generating leads through professional networking and cold-call techniques.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
Participate in sales, business and technical training courses to increase awareness of our products and services.
Planning and Development
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Participate in analysis of sales performance for informed management decisions.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate Product Manager
Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future market trends.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Identifying new markets and business opportunities.
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Administration and Reporting
Reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of products and services
Preparing sales reports.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Knowledge, Skills and Certification
Degree in Business related field
A Diploma or higher in either of these field; computer networking, Internet Support, IT, CCNA, Telecommunication, Information Science, or Certified Information systems
2 + years experience in sales & Marketing with an Internet Service Provider
Good analysis of the market and understanding of ISP industry
Strong understanding of customers, market dynamics and requirements.
Strategic mind set, capable of completing tasks and actions needed for company growth.
Must be proactive, with the tenacity to overcome market challenges.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task
Results-oriented team player
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and use Internet and email How to Apply
