Do you love cars? Our client in Motor industry is seeking to recruit Customer Care personnel to join their dedicated team
Customer Care personnel Duties and Responsibilities
Understand the Automotive market (car brands, types and models), (tires brands, patterns and sizes)
Understand customer’s needs and expectation.
Provide and propose the best solution that meets customers’ needs.
Quote and close the sales order on the initial customer enquiry.
Up-sell and cross-sell company products and services offered by the outlet to maximize the turnover and profits.
Effectively manage and solve customers’ complains.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with operational colleagues and workshop staff.
Act as a mentor to other members of the Sales Team
Be professional and approachable at all times, providing an excellent service to all customer
Customer Service Job Qualifications;
Diploma is sales and marketing, Customer Service or other related field
Should have a B in maths and a Mean Grade of B in KSCE
2 years Experience in sales/customer care
Motor industry experience is an added advantage
Good customer care skills.
