Job Title: Wines and Spirits Sales Lady Attendant
Location: Langata, NairobiA newly established alcoholic beverages distribution company, also operating a Wines and Spirits retail shop is seeking to recruit a focused, self-driven sales professional of high level of integrity.
This is an exciting opportunity for a young individual, preferably one that has experience in a sales supervisory role in a shop setting.Job Summary: Typical duties would entail managing sales and operations of alcoholic beverages, managing distribution of alcoholic beverages and marketing and delivery of products to customers while ensuring outstanding customer service to grow the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greetings and acknowledging, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements of our products.
Manage online presence on the Internet and other social media (website, Facebook, twitter, etc.)
Maintain sales register and stock balances accurately.
Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
Maintain orderly appearance of all sections of the shop.
Stock shelves, and tag prices on shelves and items.
Supervise sales & marketing activities outside the base shop including other towns.
Administration of all shop duties.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by management.
Required Skills:
Diploma holder; preferably in sales and marketing.
Must be at least 18 years old and above; females encouraged to apply.
Handle cash and take responsibility of the same.
Positive and genuinely pleasant attitude.
Computer literate in use of MS office and other computer applications (especially Word and Excel) as well as Internet savvy (for managing the business’ online presence using social media.
Competent in Point of Sales (POS) systems.
Flexible work schedule; ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed including travel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively with customers and other team members and Management.
Ability to accurately complete all documentation.
Proactive, confident, energetic and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude and use good organization skills.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in retail shop experience working knowledge on wines and spirits, customer service experience will be an added advantage.
Preferable work experience in other FMCG retail and sales environment.
Resident of Langata and the surrounding environs preferred.
