Male HR Manager – Nanyuki, KenyaOur client in the Horticulture industry specializes in production of top quality flowers for export. They seek to recruit a Human Resource Manager to manage a work force of over 300 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment of general and contract workers.
Draft contracts and J.D’s for new hires.
Hr administration duties.
Payroll management.
Plan and attend welfare meetings as per the calendar.
Industrial relations – maintain industrial peace at all times.
Handle employee grievances in accordance with the law.
Training and development.
Performance management (KAIZEN).
Prepare and conduct annual appraisal calendar.
Human resources policy implementation.
Participate in internal and external audits such as fire, environmental, safety and health.
Maintaining employees database and manage of employee’s records.

Qualifications:
Must have a degree or a higher diploma in human resources management from a certified institution.
Must be a registered member with IHRM.
Must demonstrated track record in developing and implementing HR objectives within an organization with more than 300 employees.
Floriculture industry experience is a prerequisite.
Ability to engage with and win the respect of all employees to successfully influence them on key change initiatives.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 90,000 /= (Approx. 1,000 USD) Plus benefits
