Job Description
This is a newly created leadership role with significant upside and growth opportunities based in Kenya.
The role will lead the account and regional sales activities with a focus on and full responsibility for
the sales targets whilst managing the key customer interface. This role will proactively develop and manage customer relationships, andwork with the territory sales, and merchant acquisition teams to achieve target volumes and margins.
More specifically this role offers the opportunity to;
- Lead organisation strategy and focus.
- Roll out sales initiatives and targets.
- Review client relationship management and manage key account retention.
- Develop effective marketing strategies.
- Assess P & L and improve returns.
- Grow an effective and collaborative team across the African business.
Must be available for extensive travel throughout the African Continent, a flexible passport is a must with the ability to obtain entry Visa’s at short notice.

- To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following;
- Global experience in achieving targets and networking across the industry.
- Transactional sales, commercial, and relationship management experience.
- Experience within the Retail Banking and Finance industries.
- Merchant acquisition and management skills.
- Transactional growth within retail, transportation and finance sectors.
- Ability to lead a niche market sector and diversify as the business grows.
