RESEARCH OFFICER

Minimum Qualifications 

• At least two (2) years relevant experience in research;
• Bachelors Degree in economics, Social Sciences and related discipline will be an added advantage.
• High level of computer literacy, knowledge in statistical software packages will be an added advantage.
• Experience in research projects especially data collection
• Knowledge and experience in Market Research.
• Have experience in undertaking and coordinating quality research work.
• Proven record of high performance, integrity and ethical practice
• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to work well with others in a busy work environment.
• He/she must be a person of integrity and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure/deadlines
• Flexibility and available to work weekends and at times public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities 

• To assist in the development and implementation of research projects
• To assist in field work/data collection
• To assist in coding of data collected from the field
• To undertake data entry into various statistical packages
• To undertake quality market and social research, statistics and other quality research activities from all sectors of the economy.
