Finance and Accounting.
Principal responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing pension client with our financial service partners.
- Conduct on-site annual plan reviews, investment reviews and service meetings with clients.
- Act as a point for resolution of non-routine issues related to service and or performance.
- Consult with clients and partners on pension plan design issues.
- Interpret and explain plan provisions and regulations.
- Recommend alternative plan design provisions to accomplish clients goals.
- Consultation on solutions to group clients.
- Prepare analysis of a clients current service agreement and investment contract to the provisions under the Amana Umbrella Scheme.
- Keep clients apprised of product and service enhancements, including changes in investment options
- New Business promoter. Assist sales representatives with sales presentations, acting as a subject matter expert in SME/Corporate pension plans.
- Knowledge of RBA regulations and the new NSSF act requirements
- Network of pension administrators and trustees
- Contribute to and participate in departmental and organization-wide projects and committees designed to enhance service delivery, improve internal training, make recommendations for service improvement, etc.
- At least 3 years experience in the pension industry
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Formal training in sales & marketing will be an added advantage
- Self motivated, able to work with sales targets and under minimum supervision
- Presentable, able to communicate clearly in both English and Swahili
