include Fund Management, Fund Administration, Fund Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and Accounting.
- Undertake the development of new unit trust products and improve on the features of existing products in line with market demands
- Develop and deliver the annual sales budget for the Amana Unit Trust Funds Scheme
- Lead the company’s sales efforts for the Amana Unit Trust Funds in line with the approved annual sales budget
- Prepare and make proposals and/or presentations to prospective clients
- In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, prepare sales collateral for the Amana Unit Trust Funds Scheme programs
- Ensure documentation of approved responses to FAQs on unit trusts and disseminate the same to all staff on a timely basis
- Record-keeping and reporting of investment transactions in AMS:
- Ensure the sales pipeline data is up to date and produce weekly and monthly sales reports
- Undertake competitor analysis and research
- At least 3 years experience in unit trust funds sales
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Formal training in sales & marketing will be an added advantage
- Self motivated, able to work with sales targets and under minimum supervision
- Presentable, able to communicate clearly in both English and Swahili
