Job Description
  • Work collaboratively and independently with business group to maintain and modify operational reports
  • Communicate with report users to ensure that all report requirements and specifications are met and documented.
  • Grow and expand knowledge through direct work with data, end users in the business and departmental business experts.
  • Partner with the business to create new or improved business processes and systems.
  • Review and research business processes and systems to identify issues and opportunity.
  • Lead or assist in the implementation of the resolution or opportunity.

Job Qualifications
  • BS/BA or comparable work experience.
  • 2+ years experience in an operational report or analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience with the use and creation of spreadsheets for report and analysis of excel.
  • Solid mathematical, analysis and logic skills.
  • Proven aptitude to build knowledge to manufacture equipment, processes and materials.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Highly self-motivated and works well under time pressure.
  • Ability to develop and maintain respectful and productive work relationship with internal customers, co-workers an leadership
