Business Analyst
Job Description
- Work collaboratively and independently with business group to maintain and modify operational reports
- Communicate with report users to ensure that all report requirements and specifications are met and documented.
- Grow and expand knowledge through direct work with data, end users in the business and departmental business experts.
- Partner with the business to create new or improved business processes and systems.
- Review and research business processes and systems to identify issues and opportunity.
- Lead or assist in the implementation of the resolution or opportunity.
Job Qualifications
- BS/BA or comparable work experience.
- 2+ years experience in an operational report or analytical role.
- Demonstrated experience with the use and creation of spreadsheets for report and analysis of excel.
- Solid mathematical, analysis and logic skills.
- Proven aptitude to build knowledge to manufacture equipment, processes and materials.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Highly self-motivated and works well under time pressure.
- Ability to develop and maintain respectful and productive work relationship with internal customers, co-workers an leadership
