JOB DESCRIPTION:

A position has arisen for a B2B Sales Executive / Account Manager. We are looking for a confident and dynamic sales executive to join our Web Solutions Company to create new business opportunities for the company.

Sador IT Firm is a Nairobi-based company specialising in Web Design, Search Engine Optimisation and software development.

The Role: The position requires building long lasting relationships with clientele and generating business for the company.
It involves sourcing leads and utilizing any possible resources to turn these leads into completed sales for our company.
With an uncapped commission structure, there is no limit to your earning potential with this role; This position is an excellent opportunity for growth and learning, and can offer excellent earnings for hardworking individuals.
The main responsibilities of this position are to:
  • Source own leads
  • Make and attend appointments
  • Inform and acquire new clients
  • Close sales
  • Build effective working relationships with clients
  • Manage your own day-to-day work schedule (self-managed time)
  • Follow up phone calls and email enquiries
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and professional
  • Strong customer focus with exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude and able to use initiative

  • Must be a confident individual with an outgoing, persuasive personality. The candidate will be expected to work towards sales targets; and should be able to adapt their sales process to suit the Company’s expectations and to improve individual sales results.
The candidate must be ambitious and self-motivated due to the nature of the role.
You should have a confident telephone manner, with at least a basic working knowledge of PC/Mac and email facilities, and excellent oral and written communications skills are a must.
You should also be assertive, persuasive and resilient with the ability to influence potential customers through natural rapport, and must be dedicated and hardworking.
A basic understanding of the services we offer is desirable, to be able to negotiate with clients effectively.
A background of at least 1 year in web solutions B2B sales is preferable.

Interview process: Phone interview will be held within 1 day of application and following a successful phone interview, you will undergo a trial period (to be discussed at interview) of 1 month upon successful completion of the trial period you will receive your first month’s salary and full commission for that month.
If unsuccessful you will only receive the commission for that month and your employment will be terminated.
The right candidate will then be employed permanently with a basic salary as negotiated during the interview plus their current uncapped commission structure, and bonuses.
Average Sales for the company are around KES 120,000 per client, with initial small sales targets of KES 300,000 per calendar month increasing from month two onwards.
