Reporting lines: Will be reporting directly to the Lead – Technical Support Team
Key responsibilities
The holder of the position will install and implement all the company’s application software products at the customer site.
S/he will offer training services to the users on the software products
S/he will be required to configure operating systems for the customer as and when required
S/he will assist either in person or remotely in the resolution of support issues
Minimum Education and professional requirements
Applicants should have a minimum of a graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Basic knowledge of Payroll and Human Resource Management applications will provide added advantage
Good communication skills, organizational skills and team player with ability to multi task
Knowledge, skills and experience
Good oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills, self‐motivated, fairness and objectivity in problem solving
