Job Description: Our client, a well established Print company located in Nairobi, is looking to hire a proactive, energetic, highly organized individual for the position of a communication / Marketing Manager.
Our ideal candidate must be very organized and with great interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage company brand and reputation.
- Manage client relations with the company.
- Assist in developing a strong relationship between the company and its existing and new clients.
- Develop new business opportunities for the company
- Assist in activation of existing dormant client accounts.
- Answer to customer queries and update clients on work progress.
- Represent the company in meetings as and when required by the supervisor.
- Atleast 6 months Experience in a similar position that required management of company communications.
- Should have atleast a diploma in Public relations, corporate communications or any related field.
- Should be atleast 25 years of age.
- Should demonstrate excellent spoken and written language skills with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Must be highly organized, dependable result oriented and a good time manager.
