Job Description

Junior Business Development Executive (Nairobi)
Cyrron Limited is a professional technology support company offering technical support to clients in Kenya and entire East Africa.

We are looking for young and energetic business development executives to join our dynamic team.
Purpose: To manage and develop sales accounts activities of the company and ensure that Sales Targets are met on a regular basis.

Duties include the following:
  • Responsible for sales and marketing of all company products and professional Services
  • To manage existing sales accounts as well as generate new business opportunities for the Company
  • To prospects and visit clients on average 3 days a week.
  • Devise a customer database which has sufficient functionality to categorize, record information, initiate and control mail shots and integrate to any marketing activity as may be required.
  • Compile a list of prospective customers, historic customers and provide annual sales and marketing plan outlining how objectives can be met within 8 weeks of appointment.
  • Compile a written Sales Forecast report to the Business Development Director by the end of each week/monthly indicating the value of the expected potential orders for month 1, 2 and 3 forwards, and the name of the likely sales wins, and the sensitivity to this forecast.
Person Specification:
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent selling skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • A keen interest in IT issues
  • Initiative
  • Presentation skills
  • The ability to write reports and proposals
  • The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
  • Negotiating skills
  • The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
Work Mode: The job entails telecommuting/working remotely
