Job Title: Supermarket Stores Officer

Location: Nairobi

Salary: 40K – 50K

Industry: Retail

Our client is a leading up market retail store.
They seek to hire a stores officer who will maintain inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items as well as securing the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods
  • Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems where necessary
  • Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone
  • Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate
  • Planning future capacity requirements
  • Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the warehouse
Key Requirements
  • Preferably Male
  • Diploma in related field
  • 2 years experience in a similar field
  • Good interpersonal Skills
  • Good Organizational skills
  • Good Communication Skills i.e. well written and spoken English
  • Excellent grooming (Up market Standards)
