Duties and Responsibilities
- Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans
- Maintain and develop new customer’s accounts and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
- Explore new territory to expand client base
- Develop long–term relationships with clients
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Holder of a Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field from recognized institution;
- A Bachelors degree in Business management/Marketing or any other relevant area will be an added advantage;
- MUST have at least 2 years’ experience in a sales and marketing position in FMCG companies;
- Willingness to travel and work out of the office;
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and quotas;
- Computer literate in MS Office applications;
- Team player who is able to lead and also accept to be led;
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills;
- A person of high integrity and honesty.
- Self-motivated with a go getter personality,
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
