Sales Analyst Job in Kenya


Position: Sales Analyst
Reports To: Head of Sales
Purpose of the Position: To manage the Head of Sales back office and support the position holder in division’s administrative issues.
Tasked with analysing data for all the portfolios and follow-up on issues as guided by the supervisor.Key Result Areas:
To provide support to the Head of Sales.
Ensure renewals and new business is timely and accurately updated.
Compilation of weekly, monthly and quarterly production data from the region.
Timely preparation of regional monthly performance reports on acquisition of new business and renewals.
Support and promote the maintenance of effective relationships with both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and dispatch monthly renewal advices at least 30 days before expiry date.
  • Prepare monthly production data in liaison with the Head of Sales.
  • Follow up all service/product queries and resolve within 24 hours.
  • Provide administrative support to pertaining to the Head of Sales Office.
  • Analyzing new business and retention levels and providing reports.
  • Providing reports on the region’s performance to the Head of Sales.
  • Preparation corporate client’s team building calendar.
  • Liaison with head of sales on the operation issues.
  • Setting up programs for national events as directed by the Head of Sales.
  • Booking of events and follow up on payments.
  • Profiling of sales force for incentive programs.
  • Ensuring all sales programs are well coordinated, executed and within the timelines.
  • Scheduling appointments in order to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made and that all appropriate people are available to meet at the scheduled time and place.
Basic Qualifications and Competencies:
  • University Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in medical insurance.
  • A refined data analysts with an eye for detail and tight deadlines
  • Manages time effectively to meet agreed deadlines, integrity, respects confidentiality and is trustworthy.
  • He/she must be a dynamic communicator, must have excellent written skills, and client-focused individual.
