Deputy in case of absence: Junior Writer
Job Purpose Statement: The junior writer will be in charge of creating copy for Rupu Deals and
implementing all SEO and best practices thereof, editing and uploading these deals on request as well the editing and review of the PigiaMe Magazine on request.
They will also be required to contribute to creative brainstorms and work closely with the content manager and senior editorial team members.
Targets and Responsibilities
- Review of all website content on all our platforms daily
- Generate editorial content for our local platforms
- Deliver the highest quality content in the timeliest fashion
- Ensure brand guidelines and best practices are followed
- Excellent in writing (creative and professional) for online platforms including blogs, eCommerce, web portals
- Strong command of English grammar and punctuation
- Good time management, communication, multitasking skills
- Ability to handle high-volume tasks
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
