Nursing Supervisor Job in Kenya

Position: Nursing Supervisor

Salary: Attractive

Main Tasks:

• Planning, organization and evaluation of nursing activities with the view of improving quality and continuity of care
• Ensure the daily management of human resources in coordination with the nursing director
• In conjunction with doctors and clinical officers, ensure diagnosis and case management of patients are in accordance with the organizations protocols
• Provide technical support to the nutritionist at the hospital
• Maintain and improve the quality of nursing care activities
• Ensure all departments have the required biomedical equipment
• Make sure that all medical errors and or incidents are reported

Requirements:

• Nurses with diploma/degree from recognized institutions.
• Must be a registered community health nurse
• 2-5 years managerial experience working in a busy hospital setup experience an added advantage
• Due to the nature of the work, person with the right to work in Kenya and with ability to speak Somali will be highly advantaged.
• A Kenyan Somali required for the position
