Customer Service Representative (LPG & Lubes)

We seek to recruit a dynamic and results oriented customer service representative with an accountant background to fill the above vacant position:
Main Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Sales Coordinator, the successful candidate will offer back office support to the sales team and at the same time maximize clients’ customer satisfaction.Key responsibilities include:-
- Ensure prompt resolution to queries & complaints by picking clients calls.
- Facilitate the sales process by raising of customer orders for LPG distributors, LPG and lubricants.
- Invoicing the clients to facilitate payments.
- Managing customer experience.
- Knowledge, skills & experience requirements:-
- Business related degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPAK)
- Team player with good communication skills with the ability to work under pressure;
- Possess demonstrable report writing and presentation skills;
- Patient, presentable & assertive.
- Great planning & problem solving skills.
- 3 years’ experience in Customer service.
