Our client, a FMCG Company in Nairobi is looking for a Receptionist.

Responsibilities
- Ensure management diaries are updated regularly
- Welcome and receive visitors and clients
- Facilitate office meetings
- Provide secretarial duties such as filing, drafting letters, screening calls
- Follow up on all appointments
- Ensure front-office desk is not left unattended
- Ensure the daily operations run smoothly
- Maintain a clean environment at all times
- KACE Certificate
- Secretarial qualifications with good typing skills
- Experience in handling the front office
- Working knowledge of MS-Office (Word & Spreadsheets, Internet ,E-mail)
- 1-2 years’ work experience in front office management
- Proactive, reliable and friendly
- Excellent communication skills
- Mature individual with a professional approach
- Ability to manage information in confidence
- Organization and planning skills
- An excellent team player with initiative and ability to tolerate stress
- Presentable, well groomed and Teachable
- Between 25 - 30 years
