FMCG Company Receptionist Job in Kenya


Our client, a FMCG Company in Nairobi is looking for a Receptionist.

Qualified candidates residing along Mombasa Road in Nairobi are encouraged to apply.
Salary is Kshs, 15,000

Responsibilities

  • Ensure management diaries are updated regularly
  • Welcome and receive visitors and clients
  • Facilitate office meetings
  • Provide secretarial duties such as filing, drafting letters, screening calls
  • Follow up on all appointments
  • Ensure front-office desk is not left unattended
  • Ensure the daily operations run smoothly
  • Maintain a clean environment at all times
Education and Experience
  • KACE Certificate
  • Secretarial qualifications with good typing skills
  • Experience in handling the front office
  • Working knowledge of MS-Office (Word & Spreadsheets, Internet ,E-mail)
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in front office management
