Client Service Executive Job in Kenya

An organization, whose purpose is to transform African Businesses into Global Brands through innovation, strategy and business alignment, is looking to recruit a Client Service Executive.

Reporting To: Strategy Director

Overall Job Purpose: The position ensures profitability by enhancing brand visibility acquired through brand management & marketing activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily account management on assigned client accounts
  • Project management of various activities within the assigned accounts
  • Design & implementation of marketing plans as required on assigned accounts
  • Work with team members to ensure efficient & consistent delivery of client services
  • Ensure achievement of billing targets on assigned accounts
  • Generate briefs to studio and work with designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
  • Update daily & monthly communication schedules on assigned accounts
  • Facilitate client documentation, communication and contact reports
  • Monitor and analyze client brand performance (internal and external) and reporting on the same
  • Verify quality and proof work at printers where necessary
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications Management, PR or related field
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in Marketing
  • Project Management Skills
  • Have an understanding of change and communications management principles and methodologies
  • Disposition
  • Maturity and ability to engage at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional persuasion and communication skills
  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities
  • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
