Vacancy: Sales Assistant / Interior Designer (Nairobi Area)

Woodcharm has been in the furniture business in Nairobi, Kenya, for over 35 years.
Our furniture is defined by the high quality of its craftsmanship and our obsession with the details of
finishing.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Sales, marketing & interior design
• Attend to walk-in clients in the furniture gallery
• Implement sales campaigns
• Develop interior plans for clients
• Conduct site visits
• Staff furniture exhibitions
• Respond to inquires by telephone, e-mail and in person
• Manage correspondence with business partners and customers
• Admin and support to other staff as required

Required Experience and Skills

• Diploma or similar in marketing or interior design
• 3 years work experience MINIMUM ( – if you have less please do not apply)
• B-grade or above at high school (MUST – no exceptions)
• Very good spoken and written English
• Excellent computer skills, including internet research, Word and Excel; AutoCAD or similar preferable but not required Personal Attributes
• Strong detail orientation
• Excellent follow-through
• Do anything to get the job done
• Honest.
