VITAE AFRICA Job Vacancy : Security and Compliance Analyst

Vitae Africa & Middle East, a staffing company, is looking for its client, an international company specialized in providing customer relationship managment,
a Security and Compliance Analyst.
Position based in Nairobi.

The responsabilities :
·Manage day-today operations regarding Physical security, information security management systems
together with associated risks
·Report and manage incidents at the zone or regional level
·Implement and maintain the Business Continuity solution at the zone or regional level
·Carry out internal security audits on the subsidiaries in region
·Carry out off site monitoring and maintenance of security management systems at the regional level
·Maintain ongoing analysis and up to date knowledge of all client contractual requirements
·Communicate effectively with operational teams and Global Security Manager
·Support the provision of healthy and safe working environment through good personal and team practices
·Carry out new project designs and implementation as is required
·Support colleagues to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high level security culture is maintained.
·In line with corporate values support colleagues through advice and mentoring, promote best practice, information sharing to bring a collective shared purpose and excellent team ethos.
Frequent travels : Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Nigeria

Education & Experience
·University graduate (or equivalent IT/ security Background)
·Robust knowledge of customer service techniques and principles
·Demonstrable experience in information security and project management,
·Excellent writing and analytical skills
·High level knowledge, experience and implementation of quality management systems i.e. ISO27001 or other relevant industry standards.

Skills Requirements
·Competent technology skills in particular with MS Office and Project Management planning software
·Customer focussed, numerate with high attention to detail and analytical
·Fluent in English, and with good written English communication skills with an ability to articulate complex situations into precise and easily understandable language
·Team player with ability to work successfully within multicultural environments
